We use the very useful S9 laser, it has a thinner laser and stronger penetration, the advanced exhaust system makes the surface of the engraving very clean without smoke spots, it has a good dustproof effect, you don't need to Clean the lens frequently.
I made six monumental laser projects at home:
1. Spartan stainless steel pendant.
--Parameters: Marker coating Speed: 5mm/s Power: 100% Interval: 0.06mm
2. Jeans art engraving.
--Parameters: Speed: 70mm/s Power: 20% Interval: 0.2mm Focus height:15mm
3. Cute kitten tile painting.
--Parameters: 2 layers of white paint + 1 layer of black paint Speed: 40mm/s Power: 10% Interval: 0.08mm Focus height:18mm
4. Cute wooden snail clock.
--Parameters: （line-Speed: 15mm/s Power: 55%）（3mm Plywood Cut-Speed: 11mm/s Power:100% pass：5+1+1+....Terminate after cut through）
5. Sunflower art hollow paper.
--Parameters: Refer to the files in the network disk
6. Laser engraving paper business cards.

Hello! fantastic video! i have sculpfun s9 but when i try to remove varnish i see small line in my design...the varnish is not completly remove...how can i do? i use power 10%, interval 0,08 and velocity 40 mm/s...

Hi friend, thanks for the great video; I have a few questions: 1) What kind of ink did you use in engraving the Stainless Steel? (I have the xTOOL D1 Pro 10W, and I did a test of that but did not use ink). 2) On the Tile, are the three layers of paint you apply water-based? 3) Finally, what settings do you think I should apply (Tile), using a 10W laser? 1.Sculpfun 10W laser can sculpt stainless steel without hacking（9mm/S，100%） 2.If the parameters are accurate, it is enough to spray only a layer of black paint 3.kzfaq.info/get/bejne/irBonZVzx9TRZn0.html Spray a layer of black paint evenly. Then refer to this video, use the gradient test picture, set the width at least 100mm. The paint is easy to sculpt, so the speed can be faster, and the power is not need too high. You can test the accurate parameters yourself.

On a Stainless Steel pendant: Power = 100%; Speed = 3mm/s; Pass = 1 (directly, without any paint). On acrylic, I haven't tested it yet.

6mm MDF is hard for 5W laser, you can try SCULPFUN S10 laser

It can be cut about 3-5mm, but it is very easy to burn black, which affects the cutting efficiency. But our next generation products can solve this problem.

she can't , need to use CO2 laser. Diode laser is good at cutting wood or black acrylic.

Interesting video....but spoiled by that annoying "rave music" which does nothing to improve it. Why is it used? I just can't see the point. Only kids or teenagers would enjoy this kind of rubbish.
