This is fascinating. I grew up in Alabama eating black-eyed peas, but never peeling them. Today for the first time I ran across a recipe (from immigrants) calling for peas to be peeled. I totally enjoyed watching your video and learning how peas are used in other cultures. I want to get some dried peas and try peeling them now!

My favourite is method number 5 and 6 number 6 is how i learnt how to peel beans while growing up it's nice to see how a stand mixer can just peel off the beans so easily without stress leaving the beans in it's whole form. Deeping the ziplock bag in water is the best just look at how it took all the air away 👌 i don't have a dehydrator but can use my oven or sun to dry the beans 😊 thanks for sharing sweet 😋🙌❤
