Good video Do those battery banks have short circuit protection And is there a way to make A USB cable that plugs into them to connect them in series or parallel. That would be cool.

I would say that there is no short-circuit protection, because there would be no need, as there is only a usb connection, so no way of creating a short-circuit connection without taking it apart and purposefully shorting the system out, or sticking a piece of metal inside the usb port. I am not sure if you could connect these in series, but you are right, that would be kinda cool, but am not sure it would be practical, because it would be much easier to just buy some 21700 batteries and connect them is series for the intended voltage.
