This is a bread scoring knife or kiridashi made from 12c27. Handle made from a block produced by mark Dainer from Dainer Design (KZfaq channel)

Thanks Chris I had the idea but it was one of those things that I didn't want to go to far and wreck it but I'm really happy with how it turned out. 👍

Wow your vids have gotten so much better. Not sayin they were bad befor or anything like that just think all the edits n transition s are so much slicker. Love it👍 made rings outta skateboard decks when I first started, most post some up some day see what folks think. Toby how has the Spectraply held up? I was going to grab some but the site says it’s not stabilized. Let me know 👍🍻🍻

@@TobyFireandSteel my mistake then Toby, looks like the laminated multi-coloured wood product called Spectraply, it’s stabilized counterpart is called Dymalux, which doesn’t come in as vibrant colours. Your handle had great colour, that’s why I thought is was Spectraply. Sorry for the confusion mate. Great video 🍻👍.

@@griffithshandmade-knives I know you might be right mate it's similar to Spectre ply but this is actually handmade product by my friend Mark Dainer from Dainer made he laminates wood veneers together.
