This video popped up after I watched his Verso part like six times. This explains A LOT and I am 1000% not surprised. Dennis is my favorite too and I could tell he was Mark's just by watching him skate.

Busenitzs bag of tricks is massive and he really does skate anything. The most amazing thing is he looks so casual. Its like he doesnt plan out lines and just does whatever he feels.

Too cool! I always loved how Mark looked in those all black Busenitz Pros with the white stripes, so his answer makes total sense. But for some reason I thought he was going to say Austyn Gillette because they both have unique trick selections at the coolest looking spots and can pretty much skate anything.

You can clearly see the influence Busenitz had on mark and the way he skates. I first saw Suciu in the powell video Fun!, and he was doing crazy ledge dancing flip in and flip out type stuff but it just didn't look very good. We all thought he was talented though, it was plain to see he was kickflip back smithing actual handrails when he was like 13. Once mark toned down how crazy the tricks he were trying he really came into his own and emerged as one of the best in the world. It's crazy because he's still very technical but the difference is that he grew into his style, started to make sure to go fast as fuck for everything and began popping the shit out of everything. That sounds a bit like Busenitz to me.

I'll never forget that in a Thrasher interview from like 2011 he said PJ Ladd was his favorite skater. I remember thinking "that makes sense." Now look at Suciu. Our modern street skater hero.

He is from germany and i didn´t know him. There was a Real demo in Münster and Gonz, Nate Jones and this one guy were skating here....yo, nuff said, ´cause it lasts till today. Impressive. No, mindblowing. Since than, my day one, he is int he top ten forever. Wtach Schumm, the footie is in there and it´s from 2002. Ah nä, shiet wat drupp.

Busenitz ,let may say this he generates so much power from a little push that said he has one of the ugliest pushes out there I just cannot dig the way he pushes his push looks to me the same way that Brandon Turner does a 360 flip hideous
