The tough part about this is that the way he edits these videos takes way longer than most other formats. The visual effects are way more time consuming than something like Datto/Kackis will be able to make. I'm guessing the bang for his buck is going to be too small, as by the time he gets the video out, the vast majority of the community knows how to do the raid by then. Or I could be completely wrong and speaking out of my ass about someone I don't even know.

Honestly, the way you explain raids is straight to the point and gets it across easier than any destiny player I have had the displeasure of being instructed on a raid by. Feels like you are the only person who knows how to not jump all over the place with your explanation. Always excellent. One talking point I would include is communication, for example, the part where someone drops Chalice. A good player should say 'I've dropped Chalice' because their team may be distracted with staying alive. Good communication makes or breaks a lot of these raids.

I brought a lot of the communication from my Destiny raid groups to WoW. You'd be surprised with how many players in WoW raids don't communicate or even bother to educate the newer players who have no idea what to do.

I felt this on an emotional level... One of my friends wanted to try getting the emblem on Contest Mode and since I didn't play D1, I was completely unaware of the pits and fell in about 10 times (a few were due to me trying not to die to thrall) and he only mentions it AFTER I fell in the first time

Me and my group found that Strand pretty well trivialized this encounter. If you generate a strand Tangle than throw it, you can actually than GRAPPLE to that tangle mid-flight and launch yourself. Combine that with your grapple-melee while mid-air as well as an eager-edge sword and you can just CRUISE through here. A good add-clear weapon like Thorn + Necrotic Grips, Ostio Striga, Trinity or Sunshot easily trivializes the adds. Also worth mentioning that if you ever lose track of all the pits scattered around, pulling out your Ghost will trigger a sensor pulse that outlines the terrain around you, and Ghost also just by default emits a fair bit of light so you can see better in dark places

Aye, that's true, tho we only had that happen a few times. So long as you watch your radar and keeps the adds back you shouldnt have any trouble. Makes moving around even with 10 stacks a LOT easier@@Exshooter101

I remember once, D2 VoG, I was a much lower level than the LFG party. The raid was a struggle, nobody was happy. I, the lowest level, the least to contribute, was bestowed the Vex Mythoclast. I told nobody what I got and everyone else was upset they didn’t get it. Left and never LFG’d again.
