6:45 that's the whole reason why bungie never let you transmog exotics. They wanted people to know (in pvp) just by looking, to see what exotic said person was using. Cause you can bet if I was able to transmog exotics, I would not be showing off the ugly verity brow exotic as a headpiece.

The 3 expansion announcement you're referring to was Beyond Light, Witch Queen & Lightfall. It wasn't until several months later they said they'd have to add an additional chapter. The final chapter on the Light and Darkness saga, called The Final Shape. Pushing all or most of Lightfall's content to TFS & making LF filler to give more time for the finale. Which was then further extended out by the delay of TFS. Love ya Cross & all the hardwork you & your team does! 🫶

A combo I haven't seen around which scares me is Wormhusk and Mask of Bakris. Imagine for a moment facing that combo in PvP. Paired with the Radiant dodge and maybe also blink.

You know for a fact that the class items will only be from certain exotics too. No way they do all exotics potentially mixing together it'd completely break the game. It would be way more powerful than prismatic

Picture this: D3 launches and we are able to play as a cabal or eliksni. The traveler has given them the light because of their feats of bravery alongside humanity against the witness. D3 leans into the mmo rpg concept by gives each playable species certain passive and non-passive abilities. You can play as any combination of human/cabal/eliksni and hunter/warlock/titan

They should make a titan exotic that turns banner shield into a deployable barrier that grants all allies a small void overshield on drop and then volatile buff for the duration as well as OG weapons of light that banner still has.

Here is my thing with the exotic class items. I would say the rarity should depend on how many different perks can roll on them. If there is like 20 perks per column it is going to take several drops to get the roll you want and as such I think a drop should be fairly common. If there is only like 4 perks per column( I really hope it’s more than this but this is just an example) then yes I agree it should be on the rarer side

I got a shiny hammerhead with rampage, envious, killing tally, onslaught with ricochet and range masterwork. The biggest load buster ever!

Its interesting for me because ever since d1 beta i thought Sunsinger always gave off support vibes. The perk "song of flame" was nearly never used because it was super lackluster and noone would rally to you to get the buff because "oh he probably self resed" Ive always wanted aoe type buffs and stuff so when d2 showed a healing circles i was so happy, then forsaken gave me an entire support class and i was absolutely floored with how i got the solar support wizard ive always wanted. Ive always loved well, but of course i love ever single subclass of warlock too. I dont want to see well's healing nerfed because i love being that guy that can save my team, i miss having infinite wells with pre nerf Phoenix protocol but of course it needed to be tuned. I hope whatever they do well it still feels like im saving my team, ill be crushed if it turns into just a weapon damage buff or something, I want to keep the healing. Heck they could remove the damage boost for all i care, i just like keeping people alive. Plus if the healign gets nerfed it just going to be a normal healing rift on a super cooldown which makes no sense.

It seems like the exotic class items are world drop, so the drop rate is pretty low but then you add the probability of getting the specific roll you want. They will most likely add it to the legend lost sector rotation to allow target farming

I really feel like crafting needs to be a combination of the current crafting system and the old rng method. If a weapon is craftable, 1. Obtain the weapon 5 times to enable crafting (forget red borders, buying from vendor/raid doesn’t count) 2. As you obtain random rolls, the perks unlock if they are on the ones that drop 3. Once you have the perks unlocked that you want, craft/enhance Not sure if there should be limits to how much augmenting one could do on just 1 crafted weapon (maybe obtain another 1 randomly to be able to craft again) This could maybe be a good way to bring back some excitement for all weapons, but still give the players some control. Or they could just do what they did with onslaught weapons and allow everything to be enhanceable from random drops with occasional “shiny” rolls 😅 and forget full out crafting.

Id like void titans to be capable of replacing well locks. Their one super that allows you to shoot through it giving extra damage to targets plus provides void overshield already has the ingredients to make raid boss fights that much more good they jist need to buff up the damage and shield. Ill gladly be that titan for players.

I just really hope we can transmog over the Prismatic class items. Not a fan of any of the looks or most exotic armor in general. Never understood why it never became an option. Any situation where people care about what exotic others are wearing they usually inspect Guardians Vs relying on "seeing" it equipped.

I think a great way to "nerf" well would be to make damage phases pause the bosses attack. Add mechanics to "stun" the boss so you don't have to FACE TANK damage to do DPS

They need to spell out on the opening trials screen what their class item has and leave that character preview up for a few extra seconds so that we have time to review

Synthoceps + Pyrogale/ACD/Wormgod/Saint14/Peregrine/Heart of Inmost Light/Point-Contact Cannon Brace/Skullfort/Falling Star... Almost anything w/ SYNTHOCEPS would be crazy in PVE.

Really wondering what bungie will do to Well. It has to be either no extra damage or no healing for the needle to shift at this rate.

Bungie will usually add one, two, maybe three, ornaments for exotics, so maybe we’ll see some cool ornaments for the class specific exotics in Final Shape. I know what build I’m running through: Stasis/Void Hunter.

i would love a 3d holo overlay, over the guardian to show off the silhouette of the exotic 'spirts' on the guardians. so its not as busted in the lack of knowledge. so you see a holo dunemarchers/ acdc on the enemy titan! it would be very dope for drip aswell :D
