Hi Matt - Thanks for not being afraid to render an imperfect drawing. I got more encouragement from that than the ones whose finished pieces look like they came from a copy machine. Your frog IS perfect, tho not an exact copy. There is a difference.

Matt, Love your tutorials and try to follow along with the live video. My problem is that we have no access to the reference picture. I realize you edit the original but working off a cellphone screen is extremely hard. Please consider adding the reference photo in the description so we can better follow along. Thanks

Hi Judith! As you may imagine, my schedule is insanely busy. Gettin' Sketchy is now a segment that I'll continue to produce live for you guys on KZfaq, but only when my schedule permits. It will always be on Wednesdays though. Unfortunately, this week I'm working on releasing a new course and next week I'll be away. But the Wednesday after that, I should be able to stream another episode. Thanks for watching it and for missing me this week :)

Thanks Matt, I get it. I haven't had time to look at everything...........there is so much to learn! But, as long as you are creating new learning opportunities, can you think about a tutorial on drawing waves crashing on a shoreline. Next to roses, that is something I find challenging and I'll bet others do also. Many such beach or wave crashing drawings that I find, often look contrived and I want to be able to draw ones that look fresh, spontaneous and alive. Have some fun between now and the next "Gettin Sketchy," moment.

For everybody thinking about subscribing to his advanced lessons. It's well worth it. For Matt: 1.. nice intro with the colored smoke 2.. You'e getting gray. 3..the shelf it way too organized.
