This is the bus from the movie "The Big bus" from 1976 I did using google sketchup v8.

Great work! I love that you put in actual music from the movie. I also like how you put the piano off to the side - thought it looked dumb in front of the window in the movie. If someone actually built this, it would be probably be longer with a hot tub instead of a pool.

I would like to build it without the jet engine prop. But make it a REAL revenue generating bus line..... Articulated system buses can be the future. New York to Vancouver BC for example.....

There is a real bus like this one called Neoplan Jumbo Cruiser minus the bowling alley, swimming pool, and the Nuclear engine .

Trust me on this, you _don't_ want to get on this bus, or any other; be satisfied with the high speed rail (and local electric feeder/spur-line rail) that you've got.

I don't know, I think it would be a blast to travel across the country in a bus like this... minus the nuclear engine! The bowling alley is hilarious. It could be replaced today with Wii Bowling!

One car site claims it was scrapped, and that's all I've found so far. Not sure if they have any evidence.

Well, there was a bus almost this one's size, a two section double decker, built one year before this movie came out, coincidentally, which there is also only one of. It is named the Neoplan Jumbocruiser.
