When I 1st visited TO, my hubby & I went there for our 2nd meal of the day,lol! We felt safe, even late at night when we would get a snack.😁

Maybe it's just the odd times that's a little shady. Been to it a few times to get a snack or even use the washroom, it just seems fine. It's when you get upstairs is what awaits you.

The area has changed drastically, new condos higher incomes, the poor have been pushed out of the area.

Looks a lot better than the McDonald's on 3rd avenue and Pine in downtown Seattle now that McDonald's is Super sketchy.
