The tool, used to insert the cv boot, must be expensive. Good demo, however most garages and diy'ers will not have access or no intention of buying that tool. Most mechanics and diy'ers do are removing first the cv bearing assembly to enable the insertion of the cv boot. How I wish SKF will produce the "split type cv boot kit", this is the most simple method to replace a cv boot.
