I'm a huge fan of Skid Row. I support both camps. Doesn't seem like the fans will ever get the reunion we all want. That being said, anytime either SR or Bach come thru my area I will go support both

Ritchie Sambora actually gave his portion of the publishing deal back to them saying he had enough money he wasn’t about to take theirs He and JBJ had 50% 25 a piece ….

Just discovered your channel, I really enjoy it. SKID ROW, one of those controversial unfortunately timed to some degree bands that never did a reunion...not yet anyway. I really enjoy the first two albums and B-Side ourselves. When Thickskin came out I must admit I enjoyed that too. Not quite the same punch of course but ok here and there. RIP Johnny Solinger

Umm, Sebastian wasn’t a wedding singer. He was the singer Madam X. He sang at a wedding that he got hooked up with Skidrow. Zakk Wyld and many other musicians were jamming at a wedding of a well known photographer for Rock bands and other things.

This video is the most of the post Baz era I have ever listened to. Skid Row's best albums (in my order) Best : Subhuman Race then Slave to the Grind and Skid Row are equal second. As I said this is the most post Baz era music I have heard and I can't see myself listening to any more.

@@antimurphy8212es and apparently it was SO successful that he does none of those solo songs on tour, just Skud Row stuff. I know you were just acting shocked, but knew he did. Btw for anybody else replying nobody cares about his solo stuff otherwise he'd do some of it on tour, they pay to hear him sing the SR songs,. I don"t pay to hear him sing at all, but some fans still do.

12:15 that's how I feel about modern rick rubin that he overproduces everything the sad thing he didn't start that way on the early danzig albums and his early work with slayer he kept it raw but I'd say the mid to late 90s he changed seriously what the fuck happened

I was 17 years old when Skid Row came out. I kind of lost interest after slave to the grind, but continued to listen to some Sebastian Bach solo stuff. And yes, country is awful!

Pretty much, and I couldn't even fight the claim because it was some of the live footage that got claimed and it's hard to defend against that because I am reviewing the music, not the footage.

It depends how you do it. It's easier if you're on camera so you don't have to use too much footage of the band. When it comes to song clips if you use under 9 seconds you shouldn't get claimed. If you use more you will get claimed but you're able to dispute it because using songclips is a fair use. Though, a lot of the time your videos will be claimed and allowed to be public but the copyright holder will monetise your video. YMS made a video about this years ago, and I highly recommend it because its very informative.

I’m a huge Skid Row fan from their enormously awesome debut but everything the author of this video said about Skid Row albums with Johnny Solinger is an absolutely prejudiced crap. Sure, they ain’t as cool as the first three albums but still good releases with tons of great songs. It’s like bitchin’ about Van Halen’s post Roth albums just because there’s no Roth on them. Johnny Solinger was really good at singing, and -yes - those mentioned country and rockabilly songs are one of the best and most catchy songs on “Revolutions Per Minute” album.

Listening to Subhuman race and Thickskin is a weird experience. Both albums trying to sound like various other artists, everything from grunge to Manson, White zombie, Foo fighters to Green day. It's a trip. The track Into another is a great song and the Zombie influenced Thick is the skin is ok too, besides that these albums are absolutely terrible.

I prefer Subhuman Race than Thickskin, Thickskin sounds like trash and I couldn't stand that album while Subhuman Race, I use to not like it at first, but it has great tracks and it sounds ok at least. That's my opinion.

@@chris_18_stuff3 Agree it sounds great but it's also somewhat of a humiliating experience. One must have some pride. I really don't get how that got pass Bob Rock. Seriously it's embarrassing to listen to just because it's so such a thorough ass kissing. I'm surprised I care so much...

@@chris_18_stuff3 I get a little rosy cheeked when I listen to Subhuman, it's actually worse than I remember it. I get that you can't always put out amazing albums all the time, I'd be fine if it was just bad, but this is such a display of sissyness. I wouldn't want the album to be out there if I were them. It's humiliating.

ZP voice belongs to Dragon Force and Bach belongs to Skid. Listening to both bands now is so damn dreadful. Their new replacement singers all flat out sux.
