remove the wheels and there is an access panel behind it. you could also be low on fluid they are chain drive and run in a oil bath. you can find manuals online for about 15 bucks.

It's good on hydrolic fluid, I can check that. I will have to look at the oil bath deal and find me a manual. Thank you for the info

Lol gas is hard to come by around here. Im always working on something. I like fixing things sometimes it works out ,some times it dont. but thank you for watching
