If UKVI cos issued no use . because employer doesn't accept the new salary threshold change. ஆக மொத்தம் இவனுங்க நம்ம வாழ்க்கையில மண் அள்ளி போடுவது உறுதி . Cos waiters please find alter plan. Getting licence also no use . only big companies only afford the new salary change.

Sadly the skilled workers visa is terribly abused by individuals,agents and legal professionals who mislead for their own advantages knowingly foreigners are desperate for jobs,The HO is aware of this abuse.At the end of the day the HO who decides on every case to case basis through various investigations and genuine applicants.Most Skilled workers jobs such as off licence,Fuel Garages,fast food outlets can be employed using local school pupils 16-18 years old.In my opinion the Skilled Worker Visa doesn’t apply the actual meaning Skill Worker.

எனது உறவினர் cos எனக்காக apply பண்ணி இருந்தார். Cos இன்னும் கிடைக்கவில்லை. ஆனால் இப்போது அவர் total lawyer fee £20000 செலுத்தி விட்டேன் . பணம் refund ஆகாது என்கிறார். விசா கிடைக்க விட்டால் தான் நட்டம் அடைந்துவிடுவான் என்கிறார். 1)அவர் கூறுவது உண்மையா? 2)Cos apply பண்ணுவதற்கு lawyer fee எவ்வளவு? 3)Cos இருந்து விசா process வரை lawyer fee எவ்வளவு?

ஏற்கனவே Lisence எடுத்து வைத்து, Defined cos apply செய்தவர்களுக்கே இன்னும் வரேல்ல. இதுக்குள்ள புதுசா licence ஐ apply செய்வதால் நன்மை உண்டா?

Sir already i got my D- cos in November 2023 within 3days, then i applied my visa application but it was refused due to my ecctis certificate. Because i have given degree comparability certificate instead of visas and nationality certificate.. Afterthis, my employer applied defined cos again in December 2023, but they didn't give approval still now. In this video Bathri said Dcos given maximum 10 weeks. But still I couldn't get it. By my small fault i have lost my application fees and i'm suffering yet. Sir can i relieve this pain? Please could you give a solution?

Hi sir, please make the video about shortage occupation list which was replaced by immigration salary list and have taken out many professions ,does it affects persons who is looking for the job there and MAC stated that this is the rapid review, will this be considered and bring this in to action .what will be the status of medical professionals looking jobs there because they have removed all the job which was previously on the list except 1 or 2.
