Hi Anna, I have a employer sponsored skilled visa for 5 years and my husband &kids are in dependent visa for last two years due to some medical emergency my husband was out of Country for more than 180 days in the last year but my kids are here in UK , could you please clarify whether my kids are eligible to apply for ILR along with me after 5 years of my skilled visa? They were also completing 7 years of living in UK by that time too since before skilled visa I was there in Tier 2 ICT by this case they are eligible for leave under private life?

Anna, what are the possible ways to remain in the UK who have arrived under student visa in 2023 Jan. in my case I came under student visa with my spouse for the Jan 2023 intake. Currently I have almost completed my studies (result pending) and I am pregnant and about to deliver my baby in early July, my spouse working as a carer for last 12 months, in his company they don’t sponsor. if we apply for PSW we can stay only for another 2 years. At the same time I won’t be able to work because of my baby.Please advise what are the possible ways to stay in the UK.

Thanks for the useful information. my daughter was born in uk and she is going to complete 7 continuous years next year. as per your video the child can get ILR and the parents can get leave to remain. My question is will both mom and dad can get leave to remain in this case?? some people are telling only one parent can eliglible with the child. Please clarify on this. Thanks in advance

Hi,I came as dependent visa,my son was here.after my so is born.after 1, 1/2year we went to India.then bcos of personal reason not able to come back. After 2 year We came to UK. And applied and reject ,then lots difficultly in 2019 Dec got visa for leave to remain. But iam not able to get ILR or PR. Is it possible my child can get citizenship or ILR

My kids stayed here for 6 years and I stayed for 8.yrs 4 months. My ICT visa is going to expire in 8 months. Are we eligible to apply child visa route (but 4 months lack) , if eligible , when can we apply I.e after 6.5 yrs or at the end of the 6yrs 8 months? Kindly advise and much appreciated.

I have some doubts regarding my spouse's ilr visa. She was in a tier 2 dependent visa for 2 and half years. And I got the ILR and then I applied for her visa extension. We made a mistake that we applied for her visa as a family spouse visa which is for another 2 and half years. Now she can't prove her 5 year period and needs to reapply for another family spouse visa. Could you please guide whether she needs another extension or ILR application?
