I'm screaming this is so good!!! Looks like shops that are common in residential areas imo so it suits the neighbourhood perfectly! I'll definitely make use of this build as well. Can't wait to see what else you can come up with when you have all the packs available.

The watermark never bothers me, but the jump in volume for music at the end is a bit much since I wear headphones and wish it wasn't so loud at the end. Love the build, favorite part is the storefront. I wish we could have it functional and still have a residence above it. Would be cool to own a bar and live upstairs. Looking forward to the new pack. Could use a distraction from the real world right now.

Wait, *is* a tile 1m wide? I feel like it's closer to 60 cm or 70 cm. I mean, beds are 3 tiles long and no bed is 3 meters long. More like 1,80m to 2m. Weird thing to comment on, sorry lol.

One tile isn’t actually 1m, it’s more like 70cm!

A tile is 1m. I’ve even heard the team refer to the wall heights as 3,4 & 5 metres

that's what I thought, that tiles were around 2 feet, so like 60 cm approximately. otherwise things like beds would be 3 meters long 🥴

Furniture items in the game are not made to real life scale. They are simply made increments that fit with sim animations. Most of the furniture is actually over sized

Assuming the double bed is a US queen size (80in x 60in), that's 80in=203.2cm in length. Adding in a frame, this likely brings it to about 230-240cm in length for most of the styles in the game. Also the beds are not the full 3 tile length - there's room past the head and the foot if you let it clip to the grid. I'd say it's off by a little sure, but not a whole lot. Also a US twin (single bed in game) is 75in x 38in, and 75in=190.5cm. So adding in a frame, it's a little longer than 2 tiles, which makes sense. As 38in=96.52cm and 60in=152.4cm, a single being 1 tile and a double being a bit less than 2 tiles also fits.

the build is lovely, but the background music means i have to mute the video because of audio-processing issues, thus missing all the commentary. =( [this is true with all of your build videos, which i'd love to watch, but the music means i can't]
