i thing the best bet it to buy the sportline 190 tdi , and save a load of money, as its only about 1 sec 0 to 60 slower , inside you dont get all that red stitching , slightly different wheels , but they are still nice on sportline ...

By the way, the climbing in the back you did it wrong :O, there is another way to move the seat and let you properly get into the back :O

In Diesel engines torque matters more than hp. Like tiguan R, hopefully Skoda would also bring a 310 PS TSI engine.

Hi there, you also drove the Seat Terraco FR. What car do you prefer ? I am looking at buying one of these 2 next year. I like the looks from the Seat much more, but the Skoda has the better engine. At the moment I am driving a VW Passat R- line estate with the same 240hp diesel engine and it’s so nice to have this horse power and torque. Keep up your good work, I really like your car reviews !.

Thanks for the comment. My suggestion would be to take a test drive in each of them as it is very much down to the individual choice.

another thing i found funny with skoda is i bought a skoda superb 272 sportline plus and only colour which was free was meteor grey ( which i wanted anyway ) any other colour about £600 . the other day was looking at skoda kamiq for wife and only colour which is free is blue , meteor gray £600 , lol so which is more expensive paint blue or grey ?

A bit overpriced yes, but with the RR remember you have to invest a lot into servicing, I had an RR before and sold it for the Kodiaq. Wish RR knew how to make a good gearbox.

Yes, you could buy a nice range rover, but if you consider the cost of owning that, the price will go over the skoda price tag in some years. If you can afford it fine but I think skoda is for people who seek something long term, low maintenence cost but still with some goodies
