Hey, just to clarify a few things. Excellent reviews as usual but the following Pls note: up till March 2010, all Laura diesel manuals were 1.9 pd tdi engines with 105 bhp and 250 NM of torque. Post March, even the 2.0 tdi, in manual form was 110 bhp. Only the dsg was 140 bhp. Also, ambiente trim cars didn't have cruise control. Please double check facts, on otherwise excellent car reviews. @@jzr6148 i own a 2.0 tdi laura . I think you can consider it if you can bear the service and part costs. Also manual is a more better deal (DSG are also not bad) though there is a slight hit in mileage of dsgs

@@jzr6148 i dont do it in service centre My father does the service himself At about 10000 kms i.e 5000 kms earlier from the company claims Normal service costs about 6000 including oils etc Though cluch plates are dual mass flywheels which costs about 40k

My first car in the same black color. Manual L&K version in diesel. Did a lot of modifications like BBS alloy wheels, side skirts and tuned the engine, changed the exhaust even though its diesel doesn’t sound like a petrol!! A fantastic vehicle which gives more than 18 km/l mileage solidly even you floor it!!! Such a byild quality I have never seen it in this or below segment even with Skoda’s newer variants. One of the best vehicle, India has ever got! Loved the video❤️❤️❤️ love you 3000 Faisal😊✌🏻

@@tyroelohim4462 yeah modifying a German is always expensive and majority of the time i had to change the brake pads which degrades faster than normal brake pads coz of more power pull and needed faster braking and upgraded the brake disc unit, which resulted in good life of it but everytime when i change that, its alone 13k…so you can calculate the maintenance for rest of mods that i did. Its expensive to maintain but fun to drive car. Not for everybody…even am making well off in my job still i couldn’t cope up with the maintenance and had to sell the beauty recently❤️ new owner is in love with what i did to car and he is making his own changes to enhance what i did. Its in good hands now✌🏻

hi, i think its the 1.9 PD version which came with a 5 speed. output was 106hp/25.5 i guess. And it was a gruffy engine by natire. The CR 2.0 manual came with a 6 speed manual and output was 110Hp/ ??320nm. The DSGcame with 140HP tune

Why does this car misses a sunroof,electric adjusted seats and memory function seats? All these features are in the Skoda Laura TDI automatic which you have reviewed earlier.

The car doesn't have cruise control. The 2.0 Ambiente Manual never had one. Looking at the indicator stalk closely it doesn't have cruise control. Faisal needs to get his facts right.

Had a 2012 model skoda Laura diesel although its just 108bhp in papers it has a massive 320NM of torque,even modern cars just can't match the sheer acceleration of the Laura.

Bro this is a 2.0 TDI MT. According to me after driving both cars both have similar power output. And I think it's a Skoda sales gimmick by under specking the car to sell automatics more. But manuals ended getting sold a lot more than automatic laura's
