Octavia’s are the perfect car for people who don’t car about cars. They are practical and boring. But reliable and good value for money.

There’s an RS version which is also fun :) I just tested it, 245 HP petrol version you can check it out on my channel also :)

@@chrishoggett1375 yes :) and new one has 3 options: 245 HP petrol, 200 HP diesel 4x4 and PHEV 245 HP :) I tried the petrol one and it's amazing

Personally, I would go for limousine version as it has almost the same volume but looks much better. Design still has some room to improve and I would like to see that different models would have more individual look than now because they all looks the same through range.

I think estate looks better but heard a few comments of people saying the like the limousine version better. Speaking of it - it will be launched at end of June around Europe and of course there will be in depth full review here:) Speaking of the design yeah looks like it’s the trebd now to have “similar faces”...

I'm thinking of getting the 'hatchback' version, only not sure if "first edition" is actually worth it. No option for sports (lowered) version, no black roof and struts. I'm afraid they'll offer that later, and not sure if there are any benefits like additional included options vs later editions

Which engine would you go for? Yeah no black roof and no sport suspension it’s a shame that it’s not offered in First Edition which should have those kind of things. Maybe they will soon offer regular trims also? I’m filming the “hatchback” version in depth review as soon as it arrrives here in Croatia around end of June

@@crospotter13 due to how Dutch taxation and my company lease works I'd stick with the 1.5L. But again first edition only has 1 option. But I'd really enjoy the sports suspension and even more so the black roof and pillar lining. This light grey just looks cheap... I asked Skoda through their website if they can give me a list of all the features of the "first edition" that are not standard. Because it almost feels like the first edition isn't very special

@@AKARazorback I see, 1.5 is a good choice I would problably choose that one too. And do you know when will the classic package like Style be available in your country? Worth a wait for sport suspension and black roof as you will look at the roof wvery day and feel the suspension doing the job in sharp corners :)

Is there an auto lights function ? ....the buttons on the left-hand side appeared to be front and rear fog lights with one other, is that the ONLY button for lights ?....... :)

Hello, yes there is auto lights function:) on the left button for lights there is a digital illumination which I forgot to show - so by pressing that left button you change between different lights settings including automatic lights:)

Yeah the price here is really good. Ususally in Croatia we have very bad prices as we pay VAT + special tax based on CO2 emission which can be crazy amount on sports cars. But here looks like Skoda made a good deal and also this car doesn’t have high CO2 and with that combination the car has good price and great value for money

U što bi legla jedna kromirana lajsna na poklopcu prtljažnika :) Ovaj auto će zakomplicirat život Golfu karavanu, Jetti, čak i Audiju sedanu koji je razmetljiv bez pokrića u tehnologiji.

Carro bonito mas com um volante aleijado"!!! O volante com três raios é muito mais bonito e transmite mais confiança ao condutor. O designer que fez esse volante devia estar com algum produto psicotrópico nos "miolos" quando desenhou esse volante.

Well electric seats are optional on almost all models, not usually in standard equipment

@@user-ux8gn9yu4j я разве написал, что на ощупь салон твёрдый? Написал что он выглядит дешевым и пластиковым, трогать при этом его не обязательно. Мягкость пластика ничего не означает ровно ничего, в газ 3110 ВСЯ торпеда мягкая и что, выглядит дорого богато что ли? Сам то сидел в нынешней октавии? Ощущение дешевизны не покидает, а ценник заряжен.

Не знаю как он выглядит на видео, но в моей Октавии 2008 года салон и пластик куда качественнее,чем на новом Солярисе.
