Yea fun fact at 1st i saw here the alpha i thought QB is about to speak of the tier 10....wondered why he wanted to compare that to tier 8s....THEN came the surprise... o.O 460 alpha is SICK for a tier 8, not to mention 2x in couple seconds...AND since WG trashed the derpguns, there are no more KV-2s or O-Is at tier 6 to even have HOPE to fight back... There will be sick amount of Top Guns and High Calibers with this cr@p against tier 6 sh!tters... Congratz WG, successfully made the game worse, AGAIN... :/

compared with regular tier 8 gun like 300+ dmg/220+ penetration, this 460 dmg/208 penetration combo makes this tank easier to crush lower tiers but less effective in tier 9 or tier 10 battles. I guess this is how WG makes new tanks "specialized"

Are you trying to say they have more dmg in one shot than their tech tree counter part has in two? First of all, their is no tech tree counterpart to the bourrasque and that statement is incorrect for the Skoda t56. If you are just saying they have higher alpha then i dont see what the problem is, is alpha the only metric for how good a tank is? This comment is just wrong all around.

@@MrNilion the tech tree tank has 640 clip damage with 1.5k dpm the skoda t56 has 920 clip damage with 2k dpm and also has more gun depression and a stronger turret with less weakspots. even the single shot gun on the tech tree counterpart still has less dpm then the insanely strong twoshell of the premium. in fact the two shell autoloader of the premium with its 460 damage per shot also has more dpm then the tier 9 tank of this line which still only gets 440 alpha damage in its two shell autoloader

yeah they've gone from making more balanced tanks to giving them edges so people are incentivized to buy them for clubbing in frontlines/farming credits

@@peacepham7838 If RNG favours this tank it will whack you for 460+25% (575) with a single shot and just go back hulldown or hide if things are too dicy. Otherwise it will delete 70% to 100% of a tanks HP with one clip. Dont forget that 1500 HP is high on average for a random tier 8 (and mostly reserved for heavies) and this tank can delete +-1000 of that in less than 4 seconds ... that is damn ludicrous. And that with a reload of 25 seconds I believe it was. If you'd look at Bisonte or T77 they are far more fragile really (the armor on Bisonte is not what its cracked up to be) and they have either much longer reload of their clip or their burst is too long. A Bisonte or T77 will also be more prone to miss and thus that 1080 damage is also far less intesting. This Skoda however with that insane alpha ... different story, but you'll see when you log on, I've already my fare share and I can tell you this tank is once again BS on the level of borat, Prog46, 703 II and defender. --> NOT good for the game. Also: Its basically a Obj 703 II level tank with aroundabout similar armor on its turret. The weakspot cupola is pretty much the same as 703 II's cheecks.

Had a game a few days ago, top tier in 6-8 game in my M4A1Revalorise. The two other top tiers on my team were a KV4 and a Kanonenjagdpanzer 105. Neither team had platoons. The enemy top tiers were a GSOR 1008, a Bisonte and a Bourrasque. That was fun…. I have previously posted how easy it would be to code a last pass of the mm algorithm to do a basic skill balance, to lower the 15-5 games but after seeing how things have gone over the last few years, with the introduction of EBRs, and the ridiculous proliferation of autoloaders/autoreloaders etc, it’s obvious that, doing that would be very much not be in their best interests, as it seems WG really do want games to be over as fast as possible. I have friends that play, the main reason I still do, as many of the tanks I played a lot have been rendered pretty redundant by the various changes over the last few years. Crew 2 and the changes testing after that could be the final nail for all of us.

@@ryokajimosensei2780 I have no idea, at tier VIII its around 100-110 premiums to 53-54 standard, basically double. if we are talking all of the tanks combined, there are more standard tanks, simply because wargaming havent yet released any tier IX and X premiums, sort of, we have OP reward tanks which are given to the best players, which coincidentally also usually throw money in the game.

@@MakMak02 Theres a reason why KV becomes KV-1 and KV-2. Back then KV uses 155 gun in tier 5. Then come KV-1S (the tier 5 version with 122mm). Guess what they got removed too. WG pointed out the issue for both were the alpha. Its too high for its tier. Don't u think bursting more than 75% HP of ur tank is broken? That is of course if u are lucky driving the same tier against this vehicle.

Mobility is really sluggish and standard ammo penetration is pathetic when facing other hevs or higher tier enemies. I feel T56 much less flexible than other premium VIII Heavies like Defender, Bisonte or IS-3A. Bourrasque or Škoda T27 are better purchases in my opinion.

@@tupactheory3739 It's certainly that way, because that's how math works. Take 20% off 100 and you have 80, take 10% off 80 and you have 72. So double stacking Stabs and IRM reduced dispersion by 28% rather than the 30% advertised. It's called the cumulative law.

rip pc, goldspam ruins it still in blitz wg patched the goldspam by 15% reduction on damage of gold rounds except for those that deal better damage but less pen(HESH, APHE and so on). people cried about how it will ruin tanks that relies stupid on gold rounds, something like the soviet series premiums(IS-6 and others that have 175mm pen on tier 8 heavy lines) will be dead. it actually helped to create a better fighting enviornment, imo even if you get spammed gold whilst you're in a heavy tank, you know you're less vurnerable if you can trade with the enemy a silver round cause using gold HAS a penalty, thus you can win the 1v1 fight if you can all pen with silver, etc and so on- Gold spamming is lessened and many tanks benefitted, and those low pen premiums either got new guns or got replaced to a better gun that has 221 pen, and so on. i feel like wg should've done this to the pc version as well, but it seems its too late for that...

Gold is an issue, but with the existence of tanks that you literally have to shoot gold at just to pen them, it's just not possible to only reduce the damage on gold ammo. They did the Accuracy nerf to the Tier 8 Skorpion as well, dead on target all the way in and it shoots all around the circle but the center.

Duder agreed, I ground them out, and the rhino isnt amazing, but it can be fun . The t8 and t9 aren't op, but are good tanks and can be fun. This seems a little op.

Definitely not a double tap chieftain. Lacks the turret armor, gun depression, accuracy, dpm, and mobility to do that, but it does have that very strong clip. I don't think its Overpowered per-say(although definitely close), but the 460 damage is still just really not needed. Outside of the T56 though, the other Czech HTs are pretty average, some a bit better, some a bit worse, but none that are terrible or terribly OP.

Jdjsje Jsjejwnw I was talking about the tier 10, and yes the tier 10 is 100% op. Mobility like a 277, good armor, 8 degrees depression, 980 damage in 2 seconds.

The 277 is already one of the best tanks in the game, and the vz does everything it does but has more gun depression with an auto loader

@@MirrorsMercury Idk if you have actually played the thing, but its mobility is nowhere near the 277. 5kph slower, with worse power to weight, and importantly worse ground resistance, which means that on medium/soft terrain you won't even make it to 50. Also 277 maintain a low profile and stronger turret design, which let's it get quickly into a position and then hunker down. The VZ on the other hand is quite tall and has a turret with multiple weakspots that won't hold up against persistent fire. It's meant to quickly poke and unleash its powerful clip, but not much more than that. 277 also has the advantage of better ammo selection and a decent Upper plate that actually bounces stuff, as opposed to the VZ which will be buttered by pramo unless angled. So yeah, it has its strengths, but it's not a double tap chief and not a flat out better 277(if it was clans would have already replaced it, yet so far no one is running them in skirms).

It's rumored to be the next marathon tank for na which starts later this month. Probably the week after Frontlines

It has simmilar dpm, bigger alfa, a clip, simmilar speed (or even better if you use turbo on it), better pen with gold, good armor, better gun handling, and the sad thing is that the 50tp prototype is a really good tank. Another typical op tier 8 prem. Jusst what we needed.

50tp prt has no cupola (its pixel) and it actually has some hullarmor, and obviously better pen

@@prozac5314 I disagree, the 50tp has a lot of weak spots, even on the upper plate, and can be easily penned with good aim in a lot of situations where the skoda is unpenable. And the pen is only better on the normal rounds but the skoda has better premium pen so it is better in that case too. But these are not the main points. The main thing is that the skoda has better alfa and a clip without losing any dpm or lacking in any aspect (apart from 10m view range which is not relevant because it is a heavy).

If you hide the the tank seems pretty competitive.
