For everyone who don't have that ability, the time is simply skipped (like skipping 10 seconds forward in a video), but King Crimson's user gets to experience these 10 seconds and interact with stuff during them, affecting the outcome of time skip. This is a very basic explanation, it's more nuanced, but that much is enough. So in that clip the guy lays down near a pool, then time skip happens and he ends up falling into the pool from a different place. WHAT HAPPENED DURING THE TIME SKIP
