How to Make Hellboy's Samaritan out of PVC and EVA foam with Free PDF templates. This project is perfect for a quick Cosplay or Halloween costume. I absolutely love the Hellboy comics and especially that iconic Mike Mignola comic book style. To go along with the fabrication I also have Free PDF Samaritan template available over on my website that you can download to build right along with me. Plus in this video I will cover the steps I took to hand paint it to give it that Mignola look using acrylics.

This is an awesome build! Also a lil fun fact, the actual samaritan was insanely top heavy and for some shorts were it was held up in one hand they had to have a small wire holding it up😂 so it wouldn't have mattered if you had left it top heavy

OMG STEVE YOU'RE A GENIUS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can i just say i love you so much! For years i've been irritated by seams and I totally hated using foam clay or trying to squeeze my foam sides together to get rid of the exposed opened seam... Then you're just like , Hey do this! Inserts corner piece into triangular shaped seam canal..*my brain literally explodes*

Prob the easiest way would be a pool noodle shaped down or am upholstery foam wrapped armature that was then skinned with cloth. but no i've got to many other builds on my list so I won't be tackling that project at least at this point
