Yeah, the problem with high rise multiple unit condo towers, besides the price, is the association fees. The Association fees are super, super, steep because of the amenities plus it’s a freakin’ big building to maintain and take care of.

☆☆☆☆☆Hi there Im very interested in Renting a unit Long term. You mentioned tenants can PAY a entire Year rental in advance. Is that still possible and does it include HOA fees as well? Not when the association fee is $1,500 a month on top of your mortgage.

Hi. What are the requirements to rent at this high rises? Certain credit score? Age? Or if you have the money are you pretty much ok. Thanks in advance for answer

No problem! You can self park at sky. Everyone gets at least one assigned parking spot. I do t have a video yet about why not to buy but honestly it may be hard to think of the negatives. I’ll do it at some point but all around good tower. 🤷‍♂️
