I don't think this can count as lost media or not but here in Spain there was an official sticker album for skylanders Giants and in the pages of the technology skylanders in the bouncer page one of the sticker there was not bouncer there was a giant thas was a Grey robot that the body looks like an arkeyan robot an the arms instead of hands had machine guns and the head looked a lot like the iron giant unfortunately I lost that stickers and that album but I never forgot about what I saw and that this was an oficcial product

If an opened-world Skylanders had ever happen, the map of Spyro's Kingdom would've been sick asf for it

I bet that ChopChops Daddy was a joke by the devs. It would fit to the overall picture of ToysForBob. Even unnamed Spongebob Episodes often get funny names before they're finished. Krypt King didn't have a name back then but looked similar to chop chop so they names him chop chops daddy.

The one thing I never really people talk about is how we saw a early version of spyros kingdoms map on the spyro wiki there's a lot of concept art I never see people talk about there only for a few exceptions

Here's the thing about Heartbreaker Buckshot. He did have one listing on Ebay. It got delisted two days after being listed. I don't know what happened after.

The reason is because, according to Toys For Bob QA Manager Christopher Bruno, Heartbreaker Buckshot looked “too evil” for Valentine's Day. This also makes him the only figure that was advertised in the main website to be never released in any form, however, after his supposed release date, the page was removed.

Fun fact: both eye brawl and krypt king are combo skylanders

In a developer commentary series one dev did state that Heartbreaker was cancelled due to him looking too evil, especially in a religious context (goat with red eyes) thus being too inappropriate for the target audience, children. He also had 2 completed Heartbreaker figures but without working chips. Said he was never going to sell/give them away. Hopefully this provides a bit more insight

With the star cast, it might have been planned on being an in game variant but since it obviously never came to fruition, they never developed him that far

I’d love to see a video about the lore of the races of Skylands or just a video about all the races we know like Dragons, Gremlins & Gillmen. Skylanders has a massive universe & we should start treating it like an elder scrolls game

So is there no info about Skylanders Academy Season 4? Wish we could learn the fate of Spyro's family! There was however a bit of interesting artwork for an original 2011 Skylanders cartoon pitch (That Canadian Guy Eh) that featured a much different looking Spyro, with Cynder included, of which it was rejected thanks to(Urg) Activision not knowing what to with the characters at the time. Which....isn't at all true if you've read the 2011 book 'Machine of Doom' you'd know full well even at the time a Skylanders Cartoon would've been awesome!

The reason I’ve heard Heartbreaker Buckshot was canned was executive meddling, one of the higher ups say the red eyes and said: “We can’t have such an evil character in Skylanders!” It sucks, because I didn’t buy Buckshot because I wanted the Heartbreaker variety.

Btw Krypt King is not relaeted to chop chop because on info sites krypt king is a disembodied soul of a knight he found his way into the arkeyan weapon vault found the armor and clamed it as his own.

what do you mean SuperChargers was not represented in Academy? 4 of the SuperCharger vehicles made multiple appearances (Hot Stream, Stealth Stinger, Sun Runner & Tomb Buggy)

Activision may be a multi million or billion dollar company but doesn’t mean they would pour tons of money into a show, they make budgets for the skylanders academy show why would they put tons of money into it and not get much back

in the giants alpha there are lots of cut skylanders but all but one were cut from the code

kinda something but the legend of spyro movie was teased in the legend of spyro the game if you go to credits they show a bit of it but its a while i seen it and i need to refind the game but what i remember was they used a bit of the animation for the opening story to the game and once you get to the credits they show some scenes to the movie
