Not really, If you play an altmer then during Diplomatic Immunity you can pretty much freely roam without triggering the NPCs, of course if you linger then they become hostile.

That depends. Cause if you choose stormcloaks, he has a casket in the hall of dead. Or if you do the peace treaty for the alduin questline, stormcloaks get markarth and he dies as well even if you regain it for the empire.

You could actually say the same thing about the Nords, great example when you walk into Windhelm and also when you talk to the people there. It's why I don't involve myself with the Civil War because of the fact if the Nords win then especially in Windhelm all different races will be persecuted against. And if you help the Imperium then the Thalmor will probably try to take more control and persecute the Nords more.

If you get caught doing illegal actions go to prison and serve your sentence ⚔️ 6. Get married and adopt kids ❤️ 7. Sit down and just chill for awhile by stoking at your fireplace in Breezehome. 8. Use torches when you explore caves 9. Practice your skills at a Dummy with a bow, sword, magic, fists etc. 🗡 10. Organized your houses 🏠 11. Harvest Crops, Chop Wood, Saw Logs 12. Go sight seeing by enjoying the wilderness and nature of Skyrim at a high point location in Skyrim.

I'm pretty sure that Ancano was trying to take the power of the eye solely for himself and he just used his identity of being the part of thalmor to get into the college. If thalmor was aware of the eye's existence they wouldn't send only Ancano to apprehend it for sure. Also I don't know why you assumed that thalmor hates dragonborn since it's just manifestation of power of auriel which is one of the main gods they worship and it's not bound to race so high elf has the same chance to become one as anyone else.

@@xn4pl Possibility, but there is another elf called Estormo that confronts you after obtaining the Staff of Magnus, so I assumed the Thalmor as a whole were involved in Ancano’s plan. And I read somewhere that the Thalmor don’t like the existence of the Dragonborn due to his/her ability to unite the people of Tamriel, or at the very least Skyrim. Which would be a disaster for the Thalmor’s grand plan of complete domination

As much as I hate the Dominion and all that it stands for, I do believe that the Elder Scrolls games should give even more freedom as to what faction you do and do not want to join. My fantasy of becoming a Greybeard, removing Delphine's name from history, soul trapping her and killing Arngeir to take his position doesn't affect my opinion at all.

Its more fun than you'd think to make a non traditional looking High Elf. Surprisingly there's more to work with than you'd think only looking at the cookie cutter products of eugenics that are the typical Altmer. They actually can look pretty suave.
