It’s just going up & down and spinning when the right side controller is used not moving forward/backward But from the video could see it moves forward

Just Purchased for my son from Walmart and for 20 bucks it’s a sweet lil drone. For everyone saying the controls are too sensitive u have to play with the left trim setting for forward and back speed. Prettty good deal tho

What does the trim on the left of the controller do? On the manual it says speed mode?

It is a speed button to increase or decrease your forward or reverse speed.

HELP! My son received this heli for Christmas, it worked for a bit but now the light on the helicopter just keeps flashes. Any advice? I can't seem to find a troubleshooting on the company website. TIA

The helicopter may need to be charged?

If it flashes that means it's not charged trust me the charger is under the box ik it's hard to find that charger my grandma found in before we through the box away lol

u just hadnt charged it i have the heli and when its flashing just wait or if its taking long then charge it or do on and off the on
