Completely panics when there is any pressure on his job, and changes formations... the latest a 3-5-2, which out of 3 games of being used, has only survived 1 full game, half a game, and 20 odd minutes in the other game, before being completely abandoned. Just a complete shambles, and yet, people still make excuse after excuse for him.
