I thought it looked like a good one, Parker the Basshead said don't buy it but I think he wouldn't have blown it if he didn't hit it with like 8k watts.

I think you're 💯% correct. Overpowering a subwoofer is not how you power a subwoofer. As long as you have good clean power the subwoofer will run fine and sound phenomenal. You're going to be happy with your decision. I respect my equipment, I don't purposely try to make companies look bad by overpowering and going beyond factory spec's. I still have to buy an 18. I think the SDR is probably the best buy and it has a nice box already built for it. If they have an 18 I would jump on it myself. Thank you for your comment 😊

I'm torn between this and the skar svr 15. They're both the same price.

I have to say if it's only those 2 subs, based on specs alone I'd go with the Skar. It just so happens I just did a couple shorts on another new subwoofer. Brand new to the market the RI Audio BD15D1. Now this is a little bit more money coming in at $200 but if you put them side by side which I did in my next full video the RI Audio is the clear winner. If you purchase on eBay put it in your watch list for a day or 2, they'll give you a 10% discount which makes it now $180. That's a great deal. I should have this video out today.
