Unfortunately, whether Venezuelans cross the border and surrender themselves or arrive by plane, lately they all seek asylum, which legalizes their stay. It doesn't seem fair, considering there are thousands of law-abiding Mexicans who would do anything for a chance to come to the US legally. Most of them are incredibly grateful and hardworking; however, the current system makes it nearly impossible for blue-collar, law-abiding Mexicans to immigrate legally. It's important to note that not all Venezuelans are bad; those arriving now are among the worst and most hated in all LatinAmerica. Mexico is experiencing its own crisis, yet these individuals are considered illegal because Mexico does not grant them asylum. They are terrible, What all the countries in the world must do is support decent Venezuelans, remove Maduro from power, and strive for a leader like Bukele in Venezuela 🇻🇪.

The President of Venezuela has cleaned up his country and those already in the US will or are already sending money back to Venezuela. Why do you think Mexico has done nothing to seal their border? The Mexican economy depends on the money that is sent back by those in the US. To enable them to send money back to Mexico the migrants here stay dependent on us the taxpayers for social services. I live in Texas. Go to Walmart on the first of the month and Mexican women are there with shopping carts packed full with groceries that they pay with an EBT card from the government. Interesting that I then see them putting them in newer nicer cars than mine. I live in a nice condominium complex that has to allow suction 8 housing. The condos are expensive to rent yet some get it for free, paid by the government.
