kodashmee 1997 That's funny after almost anything I've read on here about Lars is negative. Lars himself would tell you that Lombardo blows him away. I've said this on a ton of other videos on here that Lars says that he's "adequate" as far as his drumming goes. But, yeah, Lombardo rules. Charlie Benante is right up there with him as well.

Saw them in Providence, just days before this. Nothing could prepare me for the crystal clear, volume. Punching, gut wrenching. The most intense thing I ever saw.

I'm 50 years old now but when I discovered Slayer n this also was in 86 I was only 12 years old so that means most of these lucky people who attended this is now in they 60s maybe 70s is crazy 2 me

This is one of the best live versions of these songs I've seen on KZfaq. Especially Angel of Death. Arayas vocals are incredible. Lombardo drumming unmatched. Guitars sound amazing. Wouldve loved to be at that show. Killer stuff

Well yeah, back when he was actually wasn't an old fat worn out man. Slayer died with jeff (The hammered the final nail in the coffin of the band by even kicking dave out after that). This is slayer. What's left now on stage is just an insult to the fans..

I first saw slayer in 1986 with Overkill at The Cleveland Agora! I've seen them almost every single year since! Last was in 2014 at Riot fest in Denver! All Hail Slayer!

@houseshoesbto It's Dave on the video. You can see his face when the cam is closing on Tom's face. Dave started the tour with slayer after the reign studio recording. And then left during the tour and not for financial reasons but because the members didn't let him take his wife to the tour. And then later before the european tour he rejoined. He missed only a few shows, but on this one it's him.
