Band saw are a great addition to any workshop, but they do not cut very accurate straight cuts, you have solved this problem with your build of the band saw sled, also with an additional 45 deg angle jig. Now it will cut accurate and consistent repeatable cuts every time!👍🏽 Very nice work, mate.👍🏽

Very Nice! Just the right size for my band saw. I've been planning to build one. This looks just perfect. Thank you so much. I keep having problems with blade drift. It varies with the width blade I use and actually the blade type as well. Any suggestions as how I can get past this problem without spending hours and hours, adjusting and adjusting each time . Also, I've noticed if I try to defeat the tendency for the blade to drift while under restraint....with fences or miter gauges....lots of strange cuts occur ...not good. Thanks for your help. Anyway, thank for sharing your great work, nice design!

Ohyo56 先生、おはようございます！半袖の季節になって参りましたが、いよいよ蚊との戦いも始まりますね。今回のバンドソーのsled、きっといつか挑戦されるだろうと楽しみにしていました。刃の特性から断面はテーブルソーの様には行かずとも当然ストレートに切る機会は少なくありませんからね。45度のオプションも加えて…とても使い勝手が良さそうです。自分も同じバンドソーを持っていますのでぜひ挑戦してみます。今週は釘付けになるほど見入っていたら、あっという間に終わってしまった8分間でした。

ヨウジsanお疲れ様です。そちらの方の仕事は少しずつ進んでいると想像します。半袖の季節は大好きなのですが、やはり蚊が湧いてきます！！私は作業前に蚊が潜みそうな場所に殺虫剤を噴いてから蚊取り線香に火をつけます、かなり効果的蚊は夜は物陰に潜んでいて朝に人の体温に反応して活発に襲いかかってきます、その前に殺虫剤で大半を撃滅して、その後は蚊取り線香で寄せ付けない戦法です。是非お試しを・・・今日は木工以外の返信となりました。またね＾＾

Love the videos, sir. A tiny constructive criticism: skip the unnecessary close up shots of turning equipment on & off. This is overdone on KZfaq and detracts from your otherwise wonderful videos.
