Hi, I also suffer from FND and have not found anything else besides your video that discussed FND and sleep paralysis. For me sleep paralysis has been a feature that I have found very common in my life even Pre-FND. I wondered if the two was contacted as sometimes when attempting to fall asleep I can have many episodes one after another. I find it really strange there’s no research around this topic nor mother FND patients reporting this as a symptom. Can I just as if you have had many episodes with FND and prior to FND.
