Sleep paralysis?? Lack of support? Sharing my struggles

I heard that when your vibration is low they are attracted to that. One time I was really upset about something and started hearing a voice. I never hear voices or have any issues like that. So my acupuncturist explained to me that sometimes when your vibration is low negative entities try to attach themselves. If you change your mindset they can’t really get a hold of you.

Thank you for sharing that. I had sleep paralysis again today. And i don’t know why, but I came to the same conclusion as well. I’m going to change my mindset from this point forward. I really don’t want it to continue anymore and if that means making an effort to change my mindset I will do it. God bless!
