It was four years of hard work they did that really paid off. I really enjoyed watching this when it first dropped. Animation and VA was on point.

Wooo. Dayum. Im glad they didn't feel constrained by DB canon. Making Vegeta regal, Broly appear early, and Goku lean more into the Son Wukong aesthetic for his transformations were ALL amazing choices. 👏

I know this fan made short took 4 years to make this. But this is really mind blowing! A good combination of martial arts choreography of Dragon Ball and power ups/transformations from DBZ. It deserves to have it’s own series. Mainly I wanna see more of Goku’s Sun Wukong transformation, as well as Chichi as an actual martial artist, and the war against Frieza’s empire. Can we all agree on this

A bit of Sun Wukong lore. He was able to share and teach knowlege and power with others through touch. That's why Vegeta was able to use the Kamehameha when he locked wrists with Goku. Like the transformation it is another hint at his roots as an adaptation of Sun Wukong

That animation's chi-chi is actually hell a strong, the reason she got knocked is from the energy used after broly's punch, but she blocked the punch itself quite well & that being from the a legendary super saiyan, even though he was still just in base form

Hell yeah that was amazing and I just like how Broly just ripped up Chichi by the arm and slammed her down and broke her arm like that they don't have to get gruesome like that in the current dragon Ball series no more especially the part when Vegeta cut broly's arm off for the energy sword they don't do that type of level of brutality no more I miss that who cares about how the animation looks for the current dragon Ball series if they don't put brutality into it because the fighters are fighting with attacks that can blow up moons and planets and yet the worst thing that can happen is they close get ripped off and they get dirty with scratches 💯🤣🤣🤣🤣

Bro “Sen Wu Kong Kakarot” has got to be the best transformation in all of Dragonball fan-verse history. (Because Son Goku is the way you say Wu Kong’s name in Japanese- which is where Toryama got most of Goku’s original character from).

Was wondering if you were going to get around to this! The animation for it is like Dragon Ball X Kill La Kill! Both this and Kill La Kill use those large kanji in the background when a character comes up (4:49 - 4:52 and 4:57 - 5:00) and Chi-Chi's face had some of the same animations as Satsuki from Kill La Kill (3:09, 3:25, 7:15) 8:41 I'm also with you on Vegeta doing the Kamehameha Wave! I always wanted to see Vegeta do the Kamehameha Wave!

The reason why Goku's power level is so low us because it supposed to happen near the end of dragon ball and goku's transformation is based on Son Wukong, the character goku is inspired from.
