Nice sir.... Mje bataiye... Ki hum angle pin k liye jo block may slide hoti hai pin.. Us block may angle may hole kaise krege.. Plz bataiye..

Use booleen operation.. substrate that pin to block .. hole will create... And give radius to hole upper face..

tan(90-Ø)=(40/12) tan(90-Ø)=3.33 90-Ø = tan x−1 (3.33) 90-Ø = 73.28 Ø=90-73.28 Ø= 16.69

We can use angle pin for 5 to 15 mm ... for Length more than 15 mm we have to use hydraulic cylinder.
