I didn't see anyone point this out in the comments. But I love that you were at a full stop to read the email/message and once finished decided to pull off. Keeping it safe and informative. As far as the older woman with baby rabies. I have a disorder where sperm don't have tails, the disorder can and 100% will be passed on in an even worse form to any children I'd have, especially depending of the mother. So I decided oh well and had a vasectomy. I ended up dating this older woman, maybe 5 years older at the time. 28 for me. She ended up breaking things off because I couldn't give her a family. Which I was like alright. But then she followed it up with "you broken man" I replied. "I'm broken, but no one wants to give you babies.. okay" she cried. I went and got drinks ended up leaving with the bartender after I recanted the story lol. Some women man, truly only see men as things to be used and abused. Thank the ladies for the sexual liberation. Kitty used to take time and integrity. All kitty requires now is 2 blue motorcycles and these corny ass jokes smh.

One of my ex-girlfriends best friends, tricked a fireman into getting her pregnant when she was in her early forties and panicking about having a child. She ended up dumping him before she even had the baby, claiming that he had a lot of work to do on himself and he wasn't willing to do it. But really she just wanted to child but no relationship commitment from him and so stuck him with 18 years worth of child support in the process. She deserves jail time for what she did to him.

Holy shit, this guy is crazy. He listed like ten deal breakers and then wait for it.....awesome sex. Dude if your listening, I’ve been married for almost 30 years with 2 adult children. The sex will disappear when the kids come. Honestly it’s not even her fault, young children demand time and energy. What happens to the female body during a pregnancy and birth is frankly traumatizing. Furthermore your chick is Old! By the time the kids grow up it’s guess what... menopause. My wife still takes care of me but it is not the same. Finally, and by far the most glaring red flag is her depression issues. If she has any sort of mental problems a newborn will throw that sh!t into overdrive. Postpartum depression is real . This chick will go mental on you and she will use that child to bludgeon you into submission. If you put a baby into her you are a fool and you will get what you deserve.

Soon she wanted to have kids, so they tried for a year, she was 38ish by this time. Not luck of course, she is 38, then they went to test tube babies, costing 20K plus. Now she is 42, and pregnant again, test tube again, another 20K. He had to buy her a half million dollar house, and works all the time now. Last time I saw him, he was fat, and looked miserable. He's right on this. I got engaged to a French girl, totally messed up by her upbringing. I lived in France offered to pay for councelling and paid all the bills for over a year. I was working on a career path and got on it and moved home. As a result we didn't see each other for three mths and she basically demanded I choose her or the career. I told her not to ask that as I had been on the path before I met her. She persisted, I made my choice and then she revealed her infidelity and asked me how that made me feel. I told her it showed me it was the right decision. Fast forward to today, within a year she had moved on, found a DNA donor and popped out three kids before showing him the door. Now she's got a new Step dad, repeating her own childhood. I dodged a bullet

Regardless of when a woman says she's on birth control, NEVER leave your load in. Even if you have a condom on, if you aren't absolutely certain you want to and would like a future with her, pull out before roaring. I've been with women when I was a bit younger who told me they were on it, and I didn't adhere to this advice. Some said they were on the pill, others had an IUD. And I went all inside. Luckily, no kids. Looking back, I can say I was dumb asf for doing so. I got lucky. But plenty won't. And flush the loaded condom too. Don't go laying against her rubbing jizz all around. In these days, its far too risky. Simple mistake can ruin the rest of your life.

I've had women get mad at me for attempting to wear condoms. I don't mean once or twice, a couple dozen times. I didn't need to get one as my sperm don't have tails so they can't swim to an egg anyway, but I still got a vasectomy years back. The number 1 supporter of this decision, my mother. My mother raised her boys to NEVER let women use us as ATMs, her actual words as kids. She sadly, was a 304. We all have different dads and my moms been married 6 times. She fully understand the landscape of women today. Luckily my brothers had their wives and had kids sadly all their marriages fell apart due to the women of course. My mom would rather me adopt down the road or continue to have dogs than to "throw your whole life away for women or a woman that'll tale it all from you over nothing!" I'm the youngest and at 32, after idk, 500 plus women in my bed, I've learned a lot about women, true women and their nature. Absolutely in my blessings that I never knocked anyone up or do t have sense enough to think there's a woman out here that WONT do me dirty at some point or another. I have never gambled ever in my life and never will. I have aspergers and my favorite thing in the world is running statistics and numbers. The numbers on women are to high for me to do anything other than Fuck em. Women have literally made themselves useless to men other than to make babies. They even ruined that. I started genuinely asking myself "what would a woman actually bring to my life to make it better?" My house is spotless, I own it, pay all my own bills, grocery shop, cook and clean daily as I'm a trained chef. I am a minimalist because I travel a ton, which I'd lose that smh, so my house isn't cluttered at all. When I think about what a woman would bring to this table all I can foresee are negatives. I don't see one positive at all. Which is disturbingly sad that women don't have anything to bring to any man at all besides irrelevant and needless stresses. I started talking to a woman mo ths ago, 3 weeks in she is at my house for the firdt time and I own my own business and an employee called me for an emergency meeting. Not to be private at all I took the meeting without headphones. My staff, as well as my social circle are primarily women. By design. I got really close male friends and employees but the women I Brought on for my company are more tailored for what we do. Anyway, she immediately heard these women say hi to me all happily. Half of them at that time I hadn't spoke to not over email in months and I treat my employees amazingly regardless of whatever insert anyone wants to add idc. She mutes my mic quickly and starts in with "who are those women?! Why do you have female employees?! Why can they call you at anytime and take attention from us?!" A rage filled me inside. I calmly asked her to either be quiet or she has to leave. She was quiet, meeting was about 45 minutes. I said bye and got off and she immediately started to scream at me. Again, this is 3 weeks into talking. Instead of arguing, I said, hey let's take the dog for a walk and I'll buy you some tacos. Grab your stuff cause we will eat at your place. Took her to a taco shop, bought her food. Said it was a good 3 weeks, then left her after I paid. That was like, the last straw for me dating. If I am gonna feel any sort of stress from the one person who's job it is to negate that stress, I'm done. So thank you ladies for the sexual liberation because now you're all seriously useless other than being objects you claim to hate but propagate at the same time. Fellas, women today are not worth the risk. From February 202q until February 2022 I had a sugar baby. Was a simple arrangement. I would see her Wednesdays, I'd slam her out for 2 to 3 hours and then as compensation I'd take her anywhere she wanna get some bar food and drinks. I'd always get 3 rounds, pay when I'm done and then say bye and until next week. So only cost me about 70$ a week. We NEVER talked except on Tuesdays to confirm the meet up and on Wednesdays to let her know I'm on the way. It was PERFECT!!! We finally departed so great. She said "hey I graduated you know and I'm moving to blah blah blah. It was fun." We are still friends and talk every so often. But that's how it should be with us fellas. Let me say one last thing and it's to the ladies. YUL KEEP THIS SHIT UP AND WERE GONNA FIRCE LEGISLATION TO ALLOW LEGAL PRISTITUTION AND LEGAL BROTHELS AND YOU ALL WILL NEEEEEVVVVEEERRR GET MARRIED!!! Lol

Once she had our son, she kicked me out of the house took everything and has withheld him from me and my whole family for half of his life (he’s 2 & 1/2 now) and I’m currently going through the ‘meat grinder’ of the family court system - that is totally and utterly biased against me (men) all I want to do it see my child and she has fought tooth and nail to make me give up. And it was ALL from that scarcity mindset, not believing I’d find someone to ‘love’ me as she did. Her true colours came out while we were seperated (covert narcissist) they have no empathy so it’s been a nightmare. She has now made false allegations (I’m actually a youth worker who looks after children in state care by trade) all in effort to try and cut me from his life completely. But I WILL NOT give up on him. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT IGNORE YOUR GUT, Those red flags and anxiety are there for a reason. You WILL find someone else. Watching my friends get married one by one and changing is a main reason why I have never been nor will ever be married. All of them changed and NONE in a positive way. They went from fun loving freewill chill doods to hang out with to not being able to hang out as much and when they could they were husks of their former selves. Joy was sucked out their lives and they always seemed miserable. It was so sad to see my friends change. I feel blessed to have no kids, and no ex-wife. I also slept with so many women my pair bonding is completely screwed now. If I had a time machine, I would go back and stay a virgin. I am not a good person, and many women are not either. Just do what is best for you and continue to grow. You are not alone, and NEVER think that you are.

I was 26 and started dating a 38 year old woman. Neither of us had been married. Long story short. I figured it out, and got away. When we broke up, she went full throttle crazy. She was looking for a child. I know this because at our final meeting she admitted it. So glad i got out of it. Then married my current wife, who is one year younger. Got five adult kids, and a good marriage. It scares me to think how close i came to a disaster.

Yep, I would agree on this one. I see this thread is 9 months old now but for those reading this in a similar situation, marriage and kids are HARD ENOUGH and the more differences you have the harder it's going to be. I married a woman 14 years younger than me and we have a child together and luckily we're on the same page about most things, but damn, it's still very difficult at times (1st time I've been married and same for her). We manage to work things out but whatever you do, don't walk into a long term relationship with big red flags at the very beginning.

Man I can relate and want to slap myself every time I hear a story like this because I used to be this guy "Mr. Understanding". I'd make excuses for other people's baggage all day every day and use those "explinations" to invalidate my own concerns. Fellas, you can understand a problem and still be wise enough to choose not to invest in it. I love car analogies so this is the same as going to a used lot and hearing the car you're "in love with" has transmission problems after the test drive (dating period). Now you may understand the problem and know it's not the car's fault but maybe something the previous owner did to it (emotional damage lol) but still walk off the lot without that car. In fact your knowledge of the problem, its risks, and the resources it would take to fix it, are all the reasons that should support you walking away. Now if the price is amazingly low because of the issue maybe you grab it as a fun project car but not your reliable car to drive through the desert on a road trip with. A.k.a. maybe it's fine to date this girl short term if it's fun and she remains low maintenence knowing it'll never be worth the risk of putting a ring on it because of the problems you understand exist. Looking at things this way I can still be Mr. Understanding but not make their problems my problems and complicate my own life. This guy needs to do the same but for some reason is still convinced leaving a woman because of her problems makes him a bad guy and not just a wise investor of his time and resources.

Exactly. Over the last 20-30 years, American women have gone out of their way to tell men that they are lucky they are giving them the time of day. Women see themselves as the prize and men need to meet an unreachable bar to land them. The traditional woman is a nearly extinct entity. Feminism has taken care of that. Telling a modern woman that she should be submissive to her husband falls on deaf ears. They feel it’s your job to prove yourself to them with no thought of them showing their significant other what they bringing to the relationship. I am so lucky to have found a good woman. We are at 32 years married and counting.

I must say I encounter a long time girl who I met in college she took the career path, missed her chance to have kids. She came back into my frame with rabies. Although she’s still attractive, it’s nothing compared to when she was in her 20’s, she developed bad habits, masculine traits, over inflated her value, health problems which will lead to mobility issues, mood swings and not coachable. She surprisingly had a low body count. I still had fun with her in the recreational sense and walked away forever. Had I been blue pill I would have suffered the consequences.

@Matt Booher No. She had no tats and she didn't dye her hair. She is a registered nurse, a trained dancer (with a dancer's body that four children didn't ruin), and at one time ran an independent theater company (which ran out of money). I actually started dating her before the birth of her second child. She broke it off, married someone else, then returned to me after that marriage failed. I must admit I was thinking about it. But then I woke up when, as I said, she showed me unmistakable signs she does not respect me, and other red flags (not to mention I'm not taking care of children who are not mine). I walked. No regrets, no looking back. Last I heard, she snagged a research scientist of some kind as husband #3.

I went throught the same thing with my ex gf. Met her at 32. At first she said she didn't want kids, was even talking about removing her ovaries due to cysts. Then she went to she wasn't sure, to full on baby rabies within a year. She was always pushing hard for marriage, within months of dating. She took the shot without even discussing it with me first, which upset me. She had baggage from previous relationships. She kept talking about how her ex used to beat her. She had an abortion years earlier and told me that she had 2 guys propose to her and she turned them down in her younger days...but that didn't matter because she wants to be with me. After constant love bombing and telling me how she wants a family and marriage with me, I meet her crazy family that lives 4 hours away. Her brother and cousin where rude to me the entire time so I end up leaving there with her. I tell her they were out of line for talking to me like that. Instead of having my back she gets mad at me and says it's not my place to say that about her family. Things end soon after. I can only assume if I had married her and given her a kid that she would divorce me and take the child support if she wouldn't have my back in the family situation. Not to mention the countless other red flags I ignored - multiple tattoos, wanting a full sleeve eventually, excessive drinking, being sexually abused at an early age

5:40 I am a paralegal, and have been thinking about this much, also since I would like to have more children myself. I believe that, much like a pre-nup for marriage, I believe there can be a pre-custody agreement. No one has done this; I have drafted up such a document as it should be effective and binding (if anyone is interested let me know): Essentially the pre-child contract says that if either party obtains > 50% custody of their children, then the custodial parent agrees to pay the non-custodial parent a monthly amount equal to whatever CS order may grant to the custodial parent. This would at least take out the money incentive for gaining custody from the other parent.

I dated a woman who was almost 18 years older than me. Yes, she was great looking and honest to God I thought her being in her mid 50's would guarantee some level of maturity to allow "a commitment" to develop. DEAD WRONG. Her true self incrementally leaked out and I regretted it. The wear and tear on my car going to pick her up, the gas expense, and mental fatigue from driving there just to drive back home after the date, and vsrious disappointments pierced deeper and deeper. They never mature. They just get older.

i'm getting back in the game after 5 years of grinding & keeping my goods dry, n my god its disappointing out here. I thought things were supposed to be different once I was 35+ with money, assets, good physical health, etc. -.- world's flooded with "sugar babies" & professional daters.

Great advice Richard! It breaks my heart to hear this same scenario over and over so many times about men who end up getting crushed in a divorce and family court. If there are red flags popping up everywhere in your relationship with a woman move on to the other 4 BILLION women to find a better partner.

Anyone who threatens suicide if you leave will destroy your life. And probably outlive you even if she is ten years older.

When the list of problems and issues goes past one or two minor ones, just run the other way. We all have issues but they should be minimal at a certain age for sure. This goes for men and women alike.

I read Rich's book. (If you haven't highly recommend it) He's got 20 red flags to look out for in women. My rule is if they have more than 2 of those, it's a no. My ex had 6 out of 20

I tried dating a 23 year old who seemed fine, but found out she had lots of health problems, anxiety, took 30 prescription drugs, smoked, and checked into the hospital every few months. A 23 year-old shouldn't have so many health problems. She gave me the cold shoulder and went off to the crazy girls hospital for a while. She's still single 20 years later as far as I know.

knew a crazy lady like that. She attempted suicide because I would not marry her. Her shrink told me that I should play along and pretend to be in love with her and encourage her to continue therapy. I asked, "How much of my life should I give up to hold her hand? Will she be safe to dump in 6-months? 1 year? 5 years? According to you, "I" must be miserable for all that time and give up my life for her, will you give me back that time? no.

I knew a girl some time ago that was near to her 30's. She was in a "serious relationship" with a guy for years, cheated with me quite easily with supposed romanticism in the middle, then left the "serious" guy, begin a relationship with another and get pregnant. All in a matter of a year or less.

I’m 57 and been married 32 years. I was so lucky to have found a great woman who actually behaves like a good wife should. It’s unfortunate that I’m the very rare exception to what’s going on with American women today. Nearly every I know that is around my age has been divorced at least once. It’s incredibly difficult to find what I would call a “traditional” woman these days.

I was in a relationship very similar to this once the only difference being I was a child at the time. This man and women describes my mother and step father. It fucked me up hard and I have paid a long and heavy price with my own mental illness. I sure as heck have made my own mistakes too. This woman in this story reminds me so much of my own mother…Run!

There is no better advice in this world than "don't complicate your life". This scenario is just a headache waiting to happen. The challenge is to not let your emotion rationalize your mind set to "I see the problems but I can make it work", "I see the problems but she is different", "I see the problems but she is working with me through them" we all have these thoughts and maybe 1 in a thousand of a situation like this has a happy ending but the numbers are not good. Why play the bad odds when you can have favorable odds on the same trade. Time and energy are finite use as wisely as you can. All the best to the guy involved. Thank you Rich Cooper your content is great.
