I have loved Mon Amour since I first heard it. The song is beautiful and his voice is the greatest in the competition so far, imo. But I was wondering how it can hold up in terms of wow factor, with so many more flashy acts. I think that proved that Slimane and his team have some compelling ideas in terms of staging and performance! I know it's cliche to say but I literally got chills when he stepped back. Best of luck to France and Croatia at the ESC this year!! Excited to see who wins the Croatian national finals!

I’m an American who doesn’t speak French. Not long ago I had my phone playing random songs. Outta nowhere I heard this voice. I nearly broke my neck looking for the person who belonged to that amazing voice. It was Slimane. Immediately I started looking for anything and everything he has done. “Mon Amour” is pretty much on loop now. Music is international. Music can heal the soul. I don’t need to understand the words bc the emotion he puts into his songs is incredible. So thank you to my phone for finding Slimane for me to hear. Just one of many French singers I love to listen to ❤

J'adore Slimane depuis The Voice, il est exceptionnel, mais alors la partie acapella je suis siderée, c'était inattendu et incroyable !!! Je sais pas si ça sera possible à l'eurovision, mais je suis heureuse que cette version existe !!! Mon favoris pour cette année 🤞

I support Slimane, I discovered him in The Voice and as soon as he uttered the first notes, I knew he was going to win The Voice competition. Music is a French cliché, but his voice can really make a difference. I hope he wins the competition!
