I meant that he did the same thing on the paranormal investigators episode of the Chuckle Sandwich podcast, where his character thought ghosts were real because he didn't have object permanence, so if he couldn't see an object he thought a ghost had taken it.

29:00 hi, lifeguard here! probably no one cares but i don’t often get to clarify things about pools so let me have this one 😭 we have different zones of the pool that we monitor depending on where our chair is and how many other lifeguard are out. our zone goes all the way to the bottom of the pool, and it can be hard to see the bottom of a 3-5 metre (10-16 foot) deep pool. it’s just so we can check for anybody that might have sunk to the bottom of the pool that we can’t see from the chair. we also have cams in the shallow end just so we can get a better angle of anything going on under the waves
