If you check out my MIM videos on Syn free sausage rolls, mini quiches, curried loaf, picnic special & brownie bites, that should keep you going for a bit hun lol. All great for packed lunches & picnics as i have made them for both :) As for breakfasts see my MIM syn free breakfasts video hun. Hope these help xxx

YAY! My lovely hubby got me my 1st ever choc shot today but I'd already had my 10 syns I allow myself a day so will have to wait to try it 👍 jobs a good un x

Another brill video. Going to try the upside down muller light as the one I put in the freezer is solid & it's still sitting in the freezer lol. How long do you freeze it for Donna? Going to get my hubby to look for the choc shots too. I've wanted some for ages & someone said they had found some in Morrisons by the drinking chocolate etc. thanks for sharing x

I left it in for a couple of hours but left it stood out for 10 mins & then mashed with a fork. Choc shot is so yummy :) x

Hi you always have some brilliant food ideas. What could I do with polenta, re slimmimg world......any ideas?

Polenta is one thing i've never dabbled with Sandra. I know there is a cake recipe knocking about on google using polenta but it would be classed as syns if you use the polenta as flour :/ x

Brill ideas! Been watching your vids all week. I started SW on Saturday and trying to find some inspiration for recipes! How many Syns are in a choc shot and what else do you use it for? Thanks x

Thanks Michelle, Choc shot is 1/2 syn per tsp. I use it on deserts, in coffee to make a mocha, in milk to make milk shakes, you can add when you are baking. Its very versatile. Good luck with SW hun xxx
