We are creating our island on Saturday, and we've purchased the longer Kallax with drawer and door inserts, and the lockable wheels so we can move it. I like the idea of the capita legs under the worktop. My husband tends to use his laptop in the kitchen during the evening and it would be nice to be able to keep it under there, instead of having to go up stairs every time he needs it.

If you were to read your fast fwd book correctly you would see on your EXTRAS you can drink coffee freely if its black with artifical sweetners but obviously you could only have the correct milk allowance or drink it black . I did FF for 2 weeks years ago no bother just hungry but im always greedy anyways xx

Thank you so much Donna for this video I rejoined Slimming World last week and plan to do low carb red days and low carb green days using my syns I came up with a low carb gluten free dumpling using almond flour and coconut flour yesterday was my Green Day and had Tilda Caribbean rice as my syns I had very good blood sugar readings after eating the meal thanks again for this video

Hi Donna seeing your video in 2022... I still think red days were better for me..low carb...i get bloated with carbs too..carbs can spikes insulin and if you're insulin resistant can gain 4Lb of glycogen in liver and the carb bloats you. Wish SW would bring back red days...but hey, I make the plan now as a red day...works better

Mine always turn out lovely. Did you strain all gravy off to leave just meat for filling. A very light egg wash too

I love that bb cream I’m more of a tinted moisturiser gal 😃the one from home bargains Is like the garnier one but 1/2 the price x ooo I’d love Chanel in my bag maybe my next stone bracket down that will be my treat x I’ve jes bought the nars tinted moisturiser and it’s amazing 🤩

Yes Hun tinted moisturiser is BB creams and cc creams are the way forward for sure. I love home bargains for picking up in expensive make up bits. I have a few Chanel bits and all of them have been great. Definitely treat yourself on your next stone bracket. I have a few Nars bits as well but I’ve never tried any of their foundations/tinted moisturisers so I will have to look into that rather than the Charlotte Tilbury ones xxx

Hello lovely Debbie, Oliver is just the cutest isn’t he. Jade is doing so so well. I’m loving buying nice clothes now. Definitely want to be at target for my 48th birthday in April. Yes people are over the boxes of Roses now LOL. They are jumping onto plan to get slim for Summer. My little slimming group is lovely and they all motivate me as much as I motivate them. I am so looking forward to us all going away and buying some trendy new clothes. I never intended on growing a team but there are so many talented and empathetic women out there that have been through ups & downs in their lives with Weight loss and so are perfect candidates for becoming weight loss consultants & helping others lose weight. It really is such a rewarding and fun job. Lots of love XXX
