Hey Donna, love the new stylish vlogs and you look amazing. I can't believe that we are on week 14 of our fresh start. Today, I got my stone and half award, slimmer of the week and club 10...yes, Christmas has come early! i maintained last week and lost 3 this week which is great for me. My plan is to have a really good week this week and then if I have a small gain over Christmas that will be fine. Really feeling motivated and looking forward to wearing my Christmas dress this year. We just had our SW buffet taster and it was lush. Loads of dips etc and so feeling less deprived and positive about the whole Christmas food thing...know you understand. How have you been getting on? I have great recipe for s w buffet food.a choice cheese b choice oats two tbl spoons natural yoghurt tsp mustard powder salt pep,mix then put spoonfuls on tray makes about 10 small ones cook 180c till golden. mmm👍
