I didn't have trouble getting good at the slip bag peekaboo style but the moment I started speed things up and really slip and punch with 70-100% power man my lower back was hella stinging the next day

Love the slip bag. One of the easiest pieces of equipment to make. A shoestring, a sock, a couple small bolts in the sock and u can get some work in anywhere.
@boxingislife4712 жыл бұрын
I drilled a hole in a water bottle lid, quarter filled it, threaded a string through, tied a little broken twig from the garden to the inside to stop the string coming back through, put the lid on and hung it from the washing like. It’s hooky but it’s not bad 😅😂

Can you make a video of how to make one?
@GWilly-nf8ur2 жыл бұрын
One thing Teddy Atlas said is when you are slipping never come back to the middle because an opponent can time you always come up to the side
@openheartedwarrior29712 жыл бұрын
But to be able to come up and to the side you have to pass the centerline line again. Even if it's just for a brief moment.
@GWilly-nf8ur2 жыл бұрын
@@openheartedwarrior2971 I think he meant for as long as you are in range and slipping. If you get close there is no danger anymore of jabs but a cross. Or if you're opponent goes backwards out of range then its fine. If you get what I'm trying to say

His movement is so beautiful and effective and whenever I’ve seen someone fight like this, it scares me… please can you upload more things like this but maybe including work outs which will maximize hip movement etc. This guy is 10/10👍
