I was at that concert. It was fucking cold so everybody was in mosh pits to keep them warm. Man i miss concerts without smartphones

I got a still pic and less than 2 minutes of the opening of their show last year, after that it was just trying to keep enough energy to stay on my feet in the pit, not easy when the venue is a ski slope and your up on the hill lol, people need to remember what it's like to experience the show not just record it

Hey, Germany here. Its pretty easy to get out ouf the crowd using the toilet. on your way back the people let you go through and when you arrive the place where u stand before the people around knew that this was your place. i never had a problem to get back to my place. german metalheads are one family. sry for my english, greets, thommy

These concerts (like Rock am Ring and Wacken) are so packed as a lot of people are coming over from other countries, and not only the European ones. If you look closely to the concert of Nightwish in Brazil and Wacken, you'll see one or two girls that are on the front row of both concerts, That is quiet a travel.

I finally got to see them live in 2015 ive been to alot of concerts and they are were one of the best I've been to the energy of the crowd live and just how good they all are as musicians is insane their newest tour they sound the best they ever have in my opinion and they've been around 20 years

Rock am Ring is located at the famous race track "Nürburgring". It's in the middle of nowhere in an area called "Eifel". Eifel weather is something special. You can have 30 degrees celicius during day and minus degrees at night. I remember one year where it was snowing a little bit, just a little bit but snow in June isn't normal.
