I’ve been cracking my neck to this gem since ‘99. I think Joey would get a kick out of the fact that a pink haired young lady totally crushed a cover of one of his heaviest and oldest gems on a fucking Pikachu drum set. Joey would have loved this cover. Fine tribute 🤘

Honestly this is the first cover I’ve seen of this song where someone was able to follow the minutia speed changes, especially the fills coming into each verse.

Completely insane, and as someone else mentioned, this is one of the only covers I’ve seen that truly changes with the tempo. It’s very subtle, and you nailed it soooo well. 🙌

It’s amazing how we humans are developing trough the generations, 20 to 25 years ago was very rare to find drummers who could be like joey…. Today you see a lot of kids playing slipknot. That’s amazing

Joey is the drummer who got me really inspired to drum too so sad he's gone he was my idiol for drumming I actually got to see slipknot last year and it was the best time ever I wish I could've seem them with Joey still in the band seeing slipknot made my teenage dreams come true waited 8 years to see these guys live

That was really impressive. She really nailed the timing changes and the speed/ramp alterations in the drum fills. The technique was obviously really solid. The double bass technique of rolling the heels was something she has down. Damn good drummer. I don't even like Slipknot. But, I saw the thumbnail as I was hovering. She was twirling the sticks, and I thought that it might be worth watching part of it. Stayed for the whole thing. She killed it.

I practically have the drum pattern for this entire song tattooed on the inside my brain at this point, with how many times I've listened to this song and from my own playing over the years. So, I can confidently say that you absolutely nailed very note. Very well done, keep it up!

It's so wonderful to see a person love what she's doing I'm doing what she loves at such a high level. I've seen this phenomenon on KZfaq. From the master plumber changing the lines to carpenters doing the impossible with wood to painters trying to, I'm doing fairly well to succeed Bob Ross. Anyone doing anything they love add a high level is it trying to watch. And this strong girl takes the drums and next makes them sing.

Congrats to the sound engineer... That snare and cymbals are tasty It makes this cover get really good, because it optimizes the drummer's technique.
