Hello sir i have herniation disc bulge in L5 S1 and ap diameter is 10 i have prroblem in walking and sitting not properly because of this pain my doctor suggest me surgury but i dont want surgery because since 1 year before i had the same problem and much more pain and same report in my mri those time doctor also said for surgury but i avoid because i get better by medicinse but after one year this pain is back not to. Much but iam not able to walk properly its been 15 day till now Plss help me to out of this sittuation should my problem need surgury or should i avooid it. Or i contact to physciothrapist....
