Hey Elena, peeling garlic is one of many annoying chores when cooking. But a chef showed me 2 tips for peeling garlic that made life in the kitchen easier. 1. Cut both ends off the garlic clove & place on chopping board. Using the flat side of the knife, press down hard on the garlic clove. After doing that, the skin will come off easily. 2. Buy a garlic press. Insert garlic clove with skin on & press until garlic is minced. Reach into the garlic press & pull the skin out. Glad you are teaching your boys to cook - their future wives will thank you one day!

In slippery wet mud a set of wheel-chains would have helped a lot. Steep hills with wet mud are really dangerous to drive without at least 2 chains (one in front, and the other at the opposite side back) many vehicles have rolled over after an involuntarily uncontrolled high speed slide. ;-)

We must have just missed you! We caught that same sunset from the deck of our B&B Paddle Steamer in Murtho (north of Renmark)! We had spent 3 days in Rapid Bay before Murtho after seeing your video but we definitely did not get your weather! I did get a few squid though!!! Love the channel!

So funny and as much as you hate getting bogged it’s always entertaining to watch.. The Murray can turn to slop so fast and take a long time to dry out so you definitely did the right thing getting out as soon you can.. We can definitely relate we got caught out in NSW slip sliding in our truck for 90kms (4wd wouldn’t work either) and then the big $$$ at the car wash after is never fun either.. Don’t ever change what you do you guys are by far the best on KZfaq to watch

Your babies love their vegetables, have you looked at Ratatouille ? You can make this with old vegetables if really fresh aren’t available, eat for breakfast lunch or dinner. Tire cables/chains.. idk if u can get them in Australia.. but in US.. can. Or if have them in ur tire size. Like cables with aluminum inserts over cable along tread pattern. Easy.very lightweight. Make a mountain of difference on slick greasy stuff or even in heavy mud

If you had one set of snow chains you'd be able to crawl through pretty damn easy and you don't want the diamond shaped you need the ladder type snow chains same with my 4WD no diff locks low range with the snow chain and keep going even in dry rough areas where you slip
