It makes me sad hearing people say "I miss the old Shay" because there is no NEW Shay. I was just lucky enough to meet Shay, Colette and the kids. They were the kindest, most genuine and thoughtful people I met. Both Shay and Colette were so interested in everyone's stories of how they found Shaytards and they were so thankful to everyone who came to see them. You have to realize Shay made his own clothing line with his friends/family so he's obviously going to promote it to his FANS-people who should want to buy merch he's designed. All I'm trying to say is Shay is such a hardworking man that's trying to please his viewers and more importantly his family. I love and miss you SHAYTARDS

As much as everyone says what great parents Shay and Colette are, and even though they have 5 kids, and we see only a brief few minutes of their life, each child has their own special needs that are not being addressed, that will turn into future problems. GAVIN continues to be overweight even with ALL the cross fit, and other exercises he does, why is he still overweight, because he eats way too much of the wrong foods. Too many chips, tacos, pizza, takeout foods, restaurants. Avia is a bright child and second to the oldest , but always tries to be the center of attention, why??? Emmi, is a precious child, has a great singing voice, but seems neglected. She should be in voice classes, not wasting her time in cheer, where her performance was not even videos. Voice lessons will bring out her confidence, and boost her ego. Brock, should be taken to Doctor, to be properly diagnosed. No, he NOT your typical 4 year old. None of his other siblings acted like this at his age. Because of his behavior, he demands attention at all times, and takes they attention away from his siblings, which is terribly unfair. Daxton, sweet little child, craves love and attention from Colette. He is left to himself too much, when he acts up, he is put in his highchair, or as Colette did in this vlog, pacified with candy. There are other ways to pacify a baby w/o the use of candy. Colette seems to leave her kids to their own devices. She lets them pick out their own clothing, wear whatever. Not a very hands on Mom. I think this stems from her losing her own mother at a young age. Her father seems not to be a touch feely type of father, so this how she grew up. These are MY opinions, that I have seen from watching the TARDS fro the past 6 years!
