I made your recipe, kinda, and it was fabulous 👍 I didnt use a slow cooker due to time. I had cooked 2 sweet potatoes in the oven, whole, before finding your recipe. On the stove, I heated chicken stock carrots, your spices listed, apple sauce and a small amount of applecidar vinegar (I didnt have apple cidar) boneless skinless chicken thighs, cooked that until chicken was almost cooked, added the cooked sweet potato in pieces. So it all meshed in the broth, This was so good that Im going to make your slow cooker version for a future work potluck. Im sure they will love it. Did you create this recipe yourself or did you find it? Great Recipe! Thank you 🙂
