Check out Friedman buxom Betty from Plugin Alliance or UA. That’s one of the best ones I’ve tried which does a decent mid gain sound. They also have few more amps you can check out. Other than that, the Neural DSP plini or Tim Henson have pretty good low gain tones.

You’re the only one I’ve seen/heard whose done the riff at 0:37 the same way John does. Everyone else plays thirds when it’s actually fifths.
