Hi! I am very flexible now because I have been doing it for long. In general I started with pushing breakfast until 11am and having dinner not later than 6pm. 😁 But now every day it’s different. Sometimes I will eat breakfast at 10 if I feel hungry and I don’t fast that long that day, or push it until 12 or 1pm if I feel ok. I usually eat 3 meals per day. I drink black coffee in the morning and water. Let me know if you need more information. Are you thinking to start? 🤗

@cristinamislea6373 it’s easy. You can start slowly just by pushing your breakfast a bit later each day. Yes, I do. But not everyday. I like to make vegetarian meals too. 🤗
